Group Programs

A structured group program focused on understanding autism and ADHD, identity, and needs, and developing a more supportive, neuro-affirming way of understanding yourself or your child.

This program explores how neurodivergence shows up in everyday life, including identity, regulation, masking, communication, relationships, and sensory needs, with a focus on making sense of experiences and responding in ways that are more supportive and sustainable.

This program may be offered in different group formats depending on interest:

• Adults
• Parents of neurodivergent children
• Teens
• Children

Content is adapted to suit each group, but follows the same core structure and themes.

Groups are not currently scheduled. Expression of interest is open, and groups will be offered based on demand and participant suitability.
