Telehealth psychology appointments are offered Australia-wide, with the practice based in NSW.
Telehealth therapy is available for adults and adolescents across a range of concerns, including anxiety, mood difficulties, stress, burnout, grief, interpersonal challenges, autism, and ADHD.
Adult and older adolescent ADHD and autism assessments can also be conducted via telehealth where clinically appropriate.
Weekend appointments are available.


Telehealth may be particularly useful where flexibility, privacy, travel distance, health factors, or scheduling constraints make in-person attendance difficult.
Many people find that online sessions provide the same depth of work, accessed in a different way.

Telehealth sessions are conducted via secure Zoom and are 50-minutes in length. Appointments follow the same structure and professional standards as in-person therapy.
The session fees is $220 per 50-minute appointment. Medicare rebates may be available with a valid referral. Full fee information is available on the Fees & Policies page.
Clients are asked to attend from a private, quiet space where they feel comfortable speaking openly.

Telehealth sessions rely on a stable internet connection and functioning audio and video equipment.
If joining from your vehicle, the vehicle should be parked safely. Sessions cannot be conducted while you are operating a moving vehicle.
If technical issues occur during a session, alternative arrangements will be discussed.

Telehealth psychology is not suitable for crisis or emergency mental health situations. If there is immediate risk to safety, urgent supports are recommended.
